Welcome to Zologos. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Zologos, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Email Verification

To access interactive features like the Community Prayer Wall and Faith Journey, you must register for an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Transactional emails are sent from notifications@zologos.org.

3. Community Guidelines & Conduct

When posting on the Community Prayer Wall or interacting with other users, you agree to:

  • Maintain respect, kindness, and Christian love toward all community members.
  • Not post hate speech, harassment, vulgarity, spam, or promotional content.
  • Only mark prayer requests as answered if you are the original author of the request.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All daily devotionals, articles, Scripture Memory resources, and UI elements provided on Zologos are owned by or licensed to Zologos. You may print, download, or share Scripture cards and daily devotionals for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time via the self-service account deletion option in your account settings or by contacting contact@zologos.org. Account deletion permanently scrubs your personal credentials (name, email, password, OAuth links) and logs you out. Any public prayer contributions will be disassociated and attributed anonymously as "Deleted User".

6. Limitation of Liability

Zologos is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide uplifting, biblically sound content, Zologos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
